that at my school, someone who didn’t even make a speech could beat someone who did give a speech in ASB (student government) elections. First of all, the person who made the speech could have done a way better job. And it shows the person who didn’t give a speech obviously doesn’t even want to try or contribute anything and should have been disqualified in the first place. ASB shouldn’t be a popularity contest or the choice of a teacher who shows favoritism all the time.
But it is.
